At Arihant Sells, we offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what you ordered, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories, if applicable. Products that have been used, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for return.
To request a return, please contact us at arihantsells22@gmail.com or 9579221609 with your order details and, where applicable, clear photographs or videos showing the issue with the product. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. If approved, the eligible refund or replacement will be processed according to the applicable payment method and our return terms.
Shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective product received from us.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy or if the return request is made after the 3-day return period.
